Table Management
Table Management lets you manage tables, bookings (reservations), and the Book Table experience. It works together with QR codes so each table can have its own scan-to-order link.
Table Management tabs (all options)
| Tab | Purpose |

| Bookings | View all reservations: upcoming and past. Update or cancel bookings. Growth/Trial plan may be required. |
| QR Code | Generate and download table QR codes. Each code links to the digital menu (and table ID for dine-in). Print and place on tables. |
| Book Table | Create a reservation from the admin: step 1 Booking details (date, time, guests), step 2 Select table, step 3 Personal details (customer name, phone, email). Growth/Trial plan may be required. |
Bookings
- See upcoming and past reservations with date, time, guest count, and contact details.
- Update a booking (e.g. change time or table) or cancel it.
- Reservation link: Share your reservation link (from Settings or Table Management) so customers can book online.
QR Code
- Create tables (e.g. Table 1, Table 2) and generate a QR code per table.
- Each QR code links to the digital menu (and often identifies the table for dine-in orders).
- Print or download QR codes and place them on tables or stands.

Book Table
- Configure how table reservation works (e.g. time slots, max guests).
- Some setups have a Book Table admin view where staff can create or edit reservations manually.
