Marketing
The Marketing section helps you run email and WhatsApp campaigns, and configure post-order messages (e.g. thank-you or feedback links). Availability of features depends on your plan and integrations.
Marketing tabs (all options)
| Tab | What it does |
|---|---|
| Post-Order Message | Configure messages sent after an order (e.g. thank-you, feedback link, reward reminder). Shown to customers after they place an order. |
| Special days | Set up special-day campaigns (e.g. birthdays, anniversaries)—send offers or messages to customers on selected dates. |
| WhatsApp Designer: create and send WhatsApp templates or campaigns for promotions and notifications. Requires WhatsApp enabled in Settings → Integrations. | |
| Email Designer: design and send marketing emails (offers, news) to customers. Build content and choose recipients. |
How to open
- Admin → Marketing in the sidebar. You may need a specific plan or WhatsApp / notification license to see all options.
Tips
- Configure WhatsApp and email in Settings → Integrations (or similar) before using Marketing.
- Use post-order messages to encourage feedback and repeat visits.
