Analytics

Analytics gives you reports and insights on sales, orders, popular items, kitchen performance, customers, and finances. Use it to make better decisions and spot trends.


Reports (typical)​

SummaryHigh-level KPIs: revenue, order count, average order value, completion rate, items sold, pending/failed orders.
Popular ItemsBest-selling menu items (by quantity or revenue).
Kitchen PerformanceOrder prep times, throughput, or kitchen-related metrics.
Order AnalyticsOrder trends over time, order types, peak hours.
Customer InsightsCustomer behavior, repeat visits, or segment info.
Financial InsightsRevenue breakdown, payments, refunds, or financial summaries.

How to use​

  1. Go to Admin β†’ Analytics.
  2. Choose a report from the tabs or menu.
  3. Set date range (e.g. last 7 days, last month) to filter data.
  4. Review charts and tables; export if the option is available.

Caching​

  • Some reports use cached data for speed. If you don’t see the latest data, wait a moment or refresh; the exact behavior depends on your plan.
