Rewards Points (admin)
The Rewards section lets you configure and manage your loyalty (reward points) program: how customers earn points, how they redeem them, and how you view or adjust balances.
What you can do
- Configure rules: Set how many points customers earn per order or per amount spent, and how they can redeem (e.g. points for discount or free item).
- View customers: See customer list or search by name/phone to view points balance.
- Adjust points: Add or deduct points for a customer (e.g. manual reward or correction).
- Reports: Some plans offer a simple report or export of points activity.
Staff access
- Quick Rewards (in the admin header) lets staff look up a customer and view or apply points without opening the full Rewards page. Permissions can be limited by role.
How to open
- Admin → Rewards or Rewards Points in the sidebar. This may require a Growth (or similar) plan.
Tips
- Set clear rules so customers understand how to earn and redeem.
- Use Quick Rewards for fast lookups at the till.
