Feedback (admin)
The Feedback section is where you view and manage customer ratings and comments. Use it to improve service and respond to customers.
What you see
- List of feedback: Ratings (e.g. stars), comments, and often date and order or table context.
- Filters: e.g. date range, rating level (e.g. 5-star only or low ratings).
- Details: Open an entry to see the full comment and, if available, respond or mark as handled.
How to open
- Admin → Feedback in the sidebar.
Tips
- Prioritize low ratings or negative comments to fix issues quickly.
- Use trends (e.g. repeated mentions of “slow service”) for training or process changes.
