Settings → Multi-user
Multi-user is a tab under Admin → Settings. It lets owners add and manage additional users (e.g. co-owners, staff) and their roles so more than one person can use the admin panel with the right permissions.
What you can do
- Add users: Invite or add users with email and assign a role (e.g. Owner, Co-owner, Staff).
- Edit users: Change role or details for existing users.
- Remove or deactivate: Remove access when someone leaves.
Roles (typical)
| Role | Typical access |
|---|---|
| Owner | Full access: Settings, Analytics, Add Menu, Employee Management, Rewards, all orders and reports. |
| Co-owner | Same as Owner in most setups. |
| Staff | Limited: Create Order, Order History, Order Details, Kitchen/Fullscreen, Assistant (SOS), Quick Rewards, Print. Often no access to Settings, Analytics, Add Menu, Employee Management, or Rewards. |
Exact permissions can depend on your plan and configuration.
