Special Offers

Special Offers let you create and manage promotions (e.g. happy hour, weekend deal, discount on a dish). Offers can be shown on the customer menu, on TV screens in the venue, or in marketing messages.

What you can do​

  • Create an offer: Set title, description, image, discount (e.g. percentage or fixed amount), valid dates, and applicable items (e.g. specific dishes or “all mains”).
  • Edit or end: Update an offer or end it when the promotion is over.
  • TV display: If you use TV screen mode, you can show current offers on a TV in the restaurant so customers see them at a glance.

How to open​

  • Admin → Special Offers (or a similar name in the sidebar). The exact location may vary (e.g. under Marketing or a dedicated Offers menu).

Tips​

  • Use clear images and text so customers understand the offer quickly.
  • Set end dates so expired offers don’t show on the menu or TV.
