Order History
Order History shows past orders with filters and optional export. Use it to look up orders, resolve disputes, or backup data.
What you see
- List of orders with date, time, status, customer/table, items, and total.
- Filters: e.g. date range, status (completed, cancelled, etc.), order type (dine-in, takeaway, delivery).
- Order details: Open an order to see full items, notes, payment, and status history.
Tabs (all options)
| Tab | What it does |
|---|---|
| Order History | Main list of past orders with filters (e.g. date range), pagination, and order details. Open any order to see items, notes, payment, status. |
| Payment Logs | View payment transaction logs (e.g. Stripe payments, success/failed). Useful for reconciliation and refunds. |
| View your backup data | Export or view backup data of your orders (and related data). Use for accounting, records, or moving data. |
How to open
- Admin → Order History in the sidebar.
Tips
- Use date range to focus on a specific day or week.
- Export or backup regularly if you need to keep records outside the system.
