Employee Management

Employee Management lets owners and admins add staff, assign roles, and manage schedules and performance. Staff then sign in with their employee code (e.g. 3-digit PIN) or credentials.


What you can do

  • Add employees: Create staff with name, role, and employee code (e.g. 3-digit PIN for quick login).
  • Roles: Assign roles (e.g. Waiter, Chef, Manager) that define what they can access (Create Order, orders, Quick Rewards, etc.). Owner and Co-owner have full access; Staff is limited.
  • Edit / deactivate: Update details or deactivate an employee when they leave.
  • Shifts (if available): Manage shifts or schedules so you know who is on duty.
  • Performance (if available): View reviews or performance notes linked to staff.

Tabs (per selected employee)

Leave RequestView and manage leave requests for the selected employee (approve, reject).
ShiftsView and manage shifts for the selected employee (add, edit, delete shifts).
PerformanceView performance or reviews linked to the selected employee.

Select an employee from the dropdown at the top; then use Add to create a new employee, or Edit / Delete on an existing one. Some plans limit the number of active employees (e.g. 5).


How to open

  • Admin → Employee Management (or Manage → Employees) in the sidebar. Usually owner-only; co-owners may have access depending on configuration.

Tips

  • Give each staff member a unique code and keep it private.
  • Use roles to limit access to sensitive areas (e.g. Settings, Analytics, Employee Management) for standard staff.
