Quick Rewards and print receipt

Staff can look up or apply customer reward points and print receipts from the admin panel without opening full settings.


Quick Rewards​

  • Where: In the admin header there is often a Quick Rewards (or similar) button or menu.
  • Use: Open it to search for a customer (e.g. by phone or name) and:
    • View their current points balance.
    • Add or deduct points (e.g. for a manual reward or correction), if your role allows.
  • Handy when a customer asks β€œHow many points do I have?” or when you need to apply a reward at the till.

  • From Order Details: Open the order and use the Print or Print receipt button to generate a receipt for that order (for the customer or kitchen).
  • Print receipt page: Some setups use a dedicated Print receipt page (e.g. /print-receipt) with the order data; staff can open it from the order and print from the browser.
  • Receipts usually show: items, quantities, prices, total, order number, and date/time.

Permissions​

  • Quick Rewards and Print may be limited by role. If you don’t see them, your owner or admin may need to grant access.
  • Owners and admins can configure rewards rules and receipt layout in Settings and Rewards.
