Kitchen display and fullscreen orders
The kitchen display and fullscreen orders view give staff a clear, often large-screen view of orders so the kitchen can work without opening the full admin panel.
Kitchen display​
- A dedicated kitchen view shows incoming orders (often in real time), with items, notes, table/order number, and status.
- Kitchen staff can update status (e.g. Preparing → Ready) from this view in some setups.
- Usually shown on a tablet or screen in the kitchen; the owner or admin configures access (e.g. a specific URL or menu link).
Fullscreen orders​
- Fullscreen mode (e.g. from the admin header or Orders Fullscreen link) opens the order list in a fullscreen, distraction-free layout.
- Ideal for a TV or large monitor in the kitchen or service area so everyone can see new and current orders at a glance.
- Orders may auto-refresh so new orders appear without reloading.
How to open​
- Admin → Orders Fullscreen: Use the link or button in the admin header (e.g. “Fullscreen” or “Orders Fullscreen”) to open the fullscreen orders page.
- URL: Your admin may provide a direct URL (e.g.
/admin/ordersfullscreen) to use on the kitchen device.
Tips​
- Use a dedicated device (tablet or PC) for the kitchen so it stays on the orders view.
- Ensure the device has stable internet so orders update in real time.
