Table reservation

Customers can book a table for a date and time using the reservation link or page provided by your restaurant. This is separate from scanning a table QR to order.


For the customer

  1. Open the reservation link (from your website, social media, or QR).
  2. Select date, time, and often number of guests.
  3. Enter contact details (name, phone, email) as required.
  4. Submit the booking.
  5. They may receive a confirmation by email or on screen.

For the restaurant

  • Table Management → Bookings: View and manage upcoming and past reservations. You can confirm, reschedule, or cancel bookings.
  • Reservation link: Generate and share a reservation link (e.g. from Settings or Table Management) so customers can book without calling.
  • Book Table (admin): Some setups allow staff to create or edit bookings from the admin Table Management → Book Table area.
