Table reservation
Customers can book a table for a date and time using the reservation link or page provided by your restaurant. This is separate from scanning a table QR to order.
For the customer
- Open the reservation link (from your website, social media, or QR).
- Select date, time, and often number of guests.
- Enter contact details (name, phone, email) as required.
- Submit the booking.
- They may receive a confirmation by email or on screen.
For the restaurant
- Table Management → Bookings: View and manage upcoming and past reservations. You can confirm, reschedule, or cancel bookings.
- Reservation link: Generate and share a reservation link (e.g. from Settings or Table Management) so customers can book without calling.
- Book Table (admin): Some setups allow staff to create or edit bookings from the admin Table Management → Book Table area.
