Customer feedback

Customers can leave feedback or ratings after their visit. This helps you improve service and see what’s working well.


How customers leave feedback​

  • After dining (or after an order), customers may see a feedback or rate your experience option—for example via a link in the menu/order flow, on the table QR page, or in a follow-up message.
  • They can rate (e.g. stars) and/or write comments.
  • Submitting sends the feedback to your restaurant.

For the restaurant​

  • Admin → Feedback: View and manage customer feedback. You can read comments, see ratings, and optionally respond or use the data for improvements.
  • Use feedback to spot trends (e.g. slow service, popular dishes) and train staff.
