Forgot password
If you cannot remember your ScanToServe password, you can request a password reset by email.
Steps
- On the Sign In page, click Forgot password (or similar link).
- Enter the email address associated with your ScanToServe account.
- Complete any security check (e.g. Turnstile) if shown.
- Submit the form.
- Check your email inbox (and spam/junk) for a message from ScanToServe with a reset link.
- Click the link in the email to open the Reset password page.
- Enter your new password (and confirm it if asked).
- Save. You can then sign in with your email and the new password.
Tips
- Use a strong password: at least 8 characters, with uppercase, lowercase, a number, and a special character.
- The reset link often expires after a short time (e.g. 1 hour). If it has expired, request a new reset.
- If you do not receive the email, check spam and that you used the same email you signed up with.
