Forgot password

If you cannot remember your ScanToServe password, you can request a password reset by email.


Steps

  1. On the Sign In page, click Forgot password (or similar link).
  2. Enter the email address associated with your ScanToServe account.
  3. Complete any security check (e.g. Turnstile) if shown.
  4. Submit the form.
  5. Check your email inbox (and spam/junk) for a message from ScanToServe with a reset link.
  6. Click the link in the email to open the Reset password page.
  7. Enter your new password (and confirm it if asked).
  8. Save. You can then sign in with your email and the new password.

Tips

  • Use a strong password: at least 8 characters, with uppercase, lowercase, a number, and a special character.
  • The reset link often expires after a short time (e.g. 1 hour). If it has expired, request a new reset.
  • If you do not receive the email, check spam and that you used the same email you signed up with.
